Annual Global Rosary Relay for Priests

This will be the ninth year that Shrine takes part in the Annual Global Rosary Relay for Priests. This year the event takes place on 8 June (Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus).

The idea is to encircle the world with prayer for the sanctification of priests. Each participating Marian Shrine ‘passes on’ on a relay basis the praying of the Rosary at 15 minutes intervals to the next Shrine.  So during the twenty-four period, starting at midnight on 8 June, the relay will travel around the world, with each prayer location participating at different times throughout the day and then passing on to the next location in relay fashion.
